What kinds of roles does Intencruit specialize in?
We focus on technology, Agile delivery (Scrum Masters, RTEs,
Agile Coaches, Product Owners), and enterprise project and
program management, with extensions into executive, financial
services, healthcare, and energy roles.
Do you place contractors as well as full-time hires?
Yes. We support direct-hire, contract, and contract-to-hire
engagements, including confidential executive searches.
How is Intencruit different from a typical agency?
Every engagement is led by a senior, certified recruiter who has
worked inside the roles we recruit for. You get a partner, not a
pipeline of unvetted resumes.
I'm not actively looking, should I still reach out?
Absolutely. Many of our best placements come from confidential
conversations months (or years) before someone is ready to move.

Do you work nationally or only in Houston?
We're proudly based in Houston, Texas, and our network spans the
United States, including fully remote, hybrid, and relocation searches.
How long does a typical search take?
Most direct-hire searches deliver vetted shortlists within 2-3
weeks of kickoff, with placement typically inside 30-60 days
depending on role seniority and interview cadence.
